Randall L. Rouse
Randall Rouse has been practicing law for more than four decades, helping clients to clarify and settle oil and gas, labor and employment, commercial and business law, tort, insurance malpractice and bankruptcy-related matters. Mr. Rouse has substantial jury and bench trial experience in both State and Federal court, and has argued numerous cases before State and Federal Appellate Courts, many of which have become reported decisions in the State and Federal Courts. Mr. Rouse’s experience and expertise earned him the rank of Advocate with the American Board of Trial Advocates and Fellow of the litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American Lawyers.
Mr. Rouse frequently delivers lectures and seminars on employment and trial advocacy topics, and has taught several business law, bankruptcy and employment law courses at area colleges and continuing education institutions. He is committed to the Midland and Odessa communities and dedicates his time and guidance to several nonprofit organizations, including the Life Center, where he has served as chairman of the board for more than twenty years. Mr. Rouse is married with two grown children and two grandchildren, and serves as an elder of his church.
