Blue focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, collections, oil and gas litigation, banking, and real property disputes. His commercial clients come from a variety of backgrounds, from oil and gas companies to pipeline companies, equipment and material manufacturers, industrial contractors, oilfield service providers, commercial banks, and small business owners.

In addition to his commercial practice, Blue represents both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including cases involving premises and product liability and toxic torts. He frequently advises clients regarding incident investigations, safety policies and procedures, operator liability and control and has conducted seminars for his clients on those subjects.

Blue has spent his entire professional career in West Texas, where he also donates his time to general area nonprofits. Blue and his wife Cressinda have two children, Chapel and Collins.
