Justin Dolan represents energy companies in all phases of oil and gas transactions including title examination, due diligence, acquisitions and various agreements. Mr. Dolan conducts due diligence in connection with acquisitions and sales of producing properties and mineral rights; documents all phases of oil and gas transactions; prepares and reviews oil and gas contracts and transactions involving the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas properties; and examines title and prepares abstracts for use in litigation.

In addition, Mr. Dolan advises individual landowners about the impact of various oil and gas transactions such as leases, surface use agreements, easements and conveyancing documents on their properties.

Justin grew up in Allen and has lived in Midland since 2015. He enjoys living in West Texas and being involved in the Midland community.

He met his wife, Tatum, here and they now have two daughters, Hattie and Izzy. He enjoys living in West Texas and being involved in the Midland Community.
