Paul Baxterʼs clientele ranges from publicly traded oil and gas production companies to smaller locally owned oilfield service companies. Mr. Baxter specializes in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law and assists production companies of all sizes in title examination, drafting title opinions and performing due diligence involved with the acquisition of oil and gas assets, while assisting a wide array of oil and gas related companies in day to day activities. Mr. Baxter represents production companies, mineral and surface owners and title companies in transactions involving the buying and selling of leasehold, surface and mineral related properties, from the purchase and sale agreement through closing. Additionally, Mr. Baxter represents landowners and solar companies in the negotiation of solar leases.

Paul is a 3rd generation West Texan. Paul is very active in the West Texas community as he actively serves on boards for various non-profits in West Texas. He and his wife, Kendra have three kids and love traveling and being outdoors.
